These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. The main tv Tuner signal board have problems and all those HDMI insert ports are shorted dead,those HDMI insert ports are put on by wave soldering machine and fused by iron core solders joints to the main tv Tuner board itself.These HDMI insert ports are not replaceable by hand soldering equipments or can buy those HDMI insert ports individually anyway.Tv still work wright?Yes? To start the conversation, i would like you to ON the TV and take the remote to a different room. Then observe and see, if there is an issue with the volume. If not, then this is a case of faulty remote. I have seen few times when a faulty remote could send irregular signals and cause to volume to react in an unusual behavior. If the problem remains the same, then this is an internal failure and needs repair. You need to open the TV and check different components. In most cases, it is often faulty main board, however we cannot jump to any conclusion without testing the components. If the remote is not at fault, either you could call a tech or if you have prior experience of working on these sets, have electrical equipment and would be able to carry the repair, revert and i would be able to provide few more details and could possible provide you with a link to buy service manual which would be helpful.

Either the remote batteries are dying causing you this problem Or the IR (infar red sensor) is faulty and thinks you are changing the channel. It is controlled by capacitors and resistors and will need to be tested with an oscilloscope and a VOM (volt/ohmmeter) to determine if that's exactly what is wrong. A service manual will also be needed for specs

Make sure you have the right cable version there is hdmi 1.2,1.3 and so on if you got a 1.1 get a 1.2 for batter capatablilty also check the device the supposed to produce the sound it may be having a issue as well.

You'll have to take the cover off. This only consists of a few screws to remove, and lifting off the cover. When you have the cover off, try turning any white gears (carefully) to open the drawer. Some tray mechanisms have bad design. They refuse to open after a few months. This is in the design of the plastic parts and mechanisms of the cd drawer. Flawed design.

Changing the main won't help, it's not what's wrong, you have bad LED backlights and in all honesty it's going to make more sense to buy a new TV but this time buy a name brand

A lot of people miss understand how the backlight circuit in the power supply works, you will get voltage testing to ground as its the B- side that's switched, the chassis ground and backlight B- are not connected. If you tested each LED strip and they're all good there has to be something else going on other than the typical backlight issue we see on so many LED sets.. I'm not an authorized service center for this brand TV so I don't have a service manual, if this set has separate power board and main test the bl_on pin on the power supply, you should have around 3.5 volts there, that's what tells the back light section of the power supply to turn on.If you don't then it's a bad main board
