One of the connectors to the LCD panel is faulty. Need to open the cover, access to the top area where you will find connectors to the LCD panel. Check the connector nearest to the blue line. Carefully remove the connector, check for damage. If all ok, carefully connect it back. Use some binding tape to hold the connector to the panel. Test it before closing it up. Hope this works.

You need to check the output voltages of the power supply to see which one goes off. It may be due to short circuits some where.If otherwise, the power supply board is dead, do you know basic electronics' and soldering? Most of the times, the power supply board just have dead leakages gases capacitors.These capacitors always bulges up on it top,or puff up on it top.Replaced these gases leakages capacitors will get your TV power stable,and work again.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Hi that can be two things. First your LCD screen might be bad the second thing is your T-con board might be bad. The only way to find out is to actually replace the T-con board. If the line goes away that was your problem if it does not then it's your screen. You can find parts for that TV at
