Hello my scanner wont work for lexmark x852e. please help
Don't know if you have tried this, but it might help.
Create a scan to PC profile
1 Type the IP address of the MFP in the address line of your browser, and then press Enter.
If the Java applet screen appears, click Yes.
2 Click Scan Profile.
3 Click Create Scan Profile.
4 Select your scan settings, and then click Next.
5 Select a location for saving the scanned output file somewhere on your computer.
6 Enter a profile name.
The profile name is the name that will appear on the Scan Profile list on the MFP control panel.
7 Click Submit.
8 Review the instructions on the Scan to PC screen.
A shortcut number was automatically assigned when you clicked Submit. You can use this shortcut number when
you are ready to scan your documents.
a Go to the MFP, and place your original document in the ADF face up, long edge first.
b Press # followed by the shortcut number on the keypad, or touch Profiles on the home screen.
c After you enter the shortcut number, the scanner will scan and send the document to the directory or
application you specified. If you touch Profiles on the home screen, locate your shortcut on the list.
9 Return to your computer to view your file.
Your output file is saved in the location you specified or launched in the application you specified.

Printer will not turn on
dear friend .
Please check your power adapter or power cable by another printer if you don,t have so go to service centre
Left cartridge incorrct lexmark x3650
un snap the cartrige make sure its not leaking wipe it where the ink comes out of it with a klenex with alcohol on it and install it back in and if that dont work unpluf it for ten minutes plug it back in and see if that works if not replace the cartrige
Printer not responding
A quick fix for most communication errors can be achieved by
resetting the printer and/or rebooting the PC. Simply disconnect the printer
from your computer (if USB connected)> reboot your pc > unplug and
re-plug the printer into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns
on, reconnect it to your computer (if USB connected). Then try to print again
once the computer fully recognizes the USB connection or when the WiFi light on
the printer turns solid green (if WiFi connected.).
If that doesn't help, try the steps below:
- Disconnect the USB cable
connecting the printer from your computer.
- On your computer, go to Control
Panel > Printers and Faxes.
- Delete the Lexmark print
object.
- Reboot computer.
- Re-brick your printer by
pulling out the power supply - black box where the power cord is plugged
into on the back of the printer, and re-plug after 30 seconds.
- When the printer turns on,
reconnect it to the computer.
Wait until your computer
fully recognizes the USB connection. To check, go to Control Panel >
Printers and Faxes. If you see a new Lexmark print object in the list, try to
print a document to verify that the problem is fixed.
I have a lexmark x6530 printer and i have a paper jam how do i get the paper out it tore when i tried to remove it
Please try this approach:
- Remove the sheets of paper from
the feeder.
- Grab a flashlight and look
inside the feeder for any debris or foreign objects.
- If you're willing and
physically able, you may also carefully turn the printer over. Any debris
should just freely roll out from the feeder.
- If feeder is clear, place the
printer on the table. Open the printer cover and remove the cartridges.
- Check the cartridge area for
any obstructions in the paper path.
- Close the printer cover.
- Re-brick your printer by
pulling out the power supply - the black box where the power cord is
plugged into. Re-plug after 30 seconds.
- When the printer turns on,
reinsert the cartridges and load some paper. Try to print again to verify
that the problem is fixed.

HiTurn the printer off and on.Try re-installing the cartridges and cleaning the contacts.Check them for clogging and damages.
Print is blurry
HiCheck the ink levels on the cartridges and replace dry cartridges.Also,try cleaning the 'printhead'
Why is paper blank
Try to re-seat the cartridges in the printer. Open the printer
cover > remove the cartridges > close the printer cover > re-brick you
printer by pulling out the power supply - black box behind the printer where
the power cord is plugged in, and re-plug after 10 seconds. When the printer
turns on, reinsert the cartridges and close the cover. Try to print a document
again to verify that the problem is fixed.
If that doesn't help, the problem could be due to a clogged print
cartridge nozzle. Please follow the steps below to fix print quality issues
with your model:
- On your computer, go to Start
menu.
- Go to Programs.
- Go to Lexmark 3600 Series
folder.
- Select Lexmark Solution Center.
From the Maintenance tab, select Clean to fix horizontal streaks.
Your printer will then print a page forcing ink through to clean the print
cartridge nozzles.
After printing the test page, try to print a document again to
verify that the problem is fixed.

If you're using the Lexmark X3650 printer, try to reset the printer to its Default Factory Settings. Please follow the steps below:
- On the printer operator panel, press Setup button.
- Select Defaults.
- Select Set Defaults.
- Select Use Factory.
Then try to make a copy again to verify that the problem is fixed.
Printer not connecting to computer -no disk - need

Lexmark X3650 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on FILTER > click on the printer driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to successfully install the printer.
