Sounds like the close flapper is stuck or missing. Does the flush lever seem to be working smoothly. If it is, the closing disc may have been broken. Close inspection may reveal the problem.

does it have water . spray the button with wd40

Check the bellows has no cracks and that the top rinse tank is full of water & rinse solution.

If its like a normal toilet there is a wax ring that might be bad/needs to be replaced. Its a cheap part.. but work to get to it... have to uninstall the toilet.

hi the water from the flush holding tank is not getting through to the pump on my c402 thetford toilet . i have tried putting water in from the glass indicator tube and the the flush works . anyone got any idea what the problem might be thanks

Growl is the masticator chewing up solids. There is no flap so to speak, but a pump carrying waste to holding tank. Sound is normal.

Sorry, don't mean to be pedantic but Fiamma is just a potti not a Thetford Porta Potti. (TM)I only have experience with Thetford.

Error code 14 usually means that the powerboard is faulty. This would require replacing, it is found in a black box at the rear of the fridge.

I don't think this is a Thetford product.

It sounds like the solenoid valve is stuck open. This is tucked away up inside the bowl and the bowl needs to be removed to gain access. For a repair sheet email [email protected]

Remove the cassette and look on the side walls, you should see a square box inset flush in the wall. This is just clipped into position and will pull out, the fuse is on here.
