Ok below is what you need to do there is NO other way round this problem...PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. Mobile phones may become blocked when a PIN (personal identification number) is entered incorrectly on three consecutive occasions. In some instances, the phone may become blocked, which requires a PUK to unblock it, and in other instances, the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card itself becomes blocked and again will require a PUK to unblock it. Mobile phones are also blocked when they are reported stolen and if there is an outstanding payment on the account. It is important to differentiate between unblocking phones (using a PUK) and unlocking mobile phones (using another type of code). It is possible that the phone keypad is faulty and that the digit 7 has failed on the board or contact. So remove the main panel and clean the pads, sometimes dirt accumulation can cuase this inaction. Use some methyl spirit to clean the pads and the board before setting it back. Try to format the phone memory, but this will erase all your data, so, first save the info you need- contacts, photo, etc.

1) Factory defaults-
Type *#7780# on your standby screen.
This will reset all your setting to default factory settings. User data wont be affected. (Default Lock code is 12345)

2) Soft reset-
Type *#7370#
This will reset the phone as well delete user data. Use when want to format the phone.

You can do Hard Reset for formatting your phone without asking for a code.

Follow this Procedure

1. Turn off your phone
2. Remove battery,simcard and memory card
3. put the battery back and be sure it is fully charged.

4. Now long press * 3 and call button (asterisk, 3 , call button) simultaneously then POWER the phone ON.(keep hold the three given buttons) while the phone is in progress in booting,you can release the power button now but keep holding the three buttons,wait until the phone open and ask for the country selection,that's the time you can release the button now.

If the method does not work,repeat the procedure because you might not press some given keys.
Now your phone is in Default settings.
