Hi, Have you recently updated the firmare on your DVR device ? If so, it could be that Toshiba removed the feature that allows you to copy movie DVDs to attempt to protect the intellectual property of the movie studios. Either that or your DVD provider has removed the feature/capability to engage in that type of DVD copying. Please look into this. Thank you.
