Thanks for using FixYa. This error mostly occurs due to power outage. This error means that the fuser temperature and hot roller temperatures have warm up. After occurring of this error the printer will not work until your clear this error code.

To clear this error code follows this step by step procedure---

• To Enter in Service Mode hold down the Online + Escape keys simultaneously and then turn on the printer.
• Use up and down arrow keys to select SP2
• Press Enter
• Use up and down arrow to locate SP5
• Press Enter
• Use up and down arrow keys to select 810
• Press Enter
• Confirm the selection
• Power off and on.

This will resolve the issue by clearing the error code.

scanner home position error

Most likely the toner dispenser is blocked. Its not getting the ink into the system. Did you shake the bottle well to be sure its not packed inside the bottle?

This code is related to a bad communications between the controller and the operation panel.
Could have the following causes:
- Controller installed incorrectly
- Operation panel harness disconnected or defective.
- Controller board defective.
(also check the jumper on the MBU fax unit. It must be set at the ON position)

I give this answer for the SC672 assuming that you know why you remove the NVram...

Web end detected 5 times within500 ms and web motor continues torotate 40 s. If web end is detectedfor another 400 ms, then the SC is logged that mean Fusing Web End defective

That is a bad reading temperature of the Fuser Unit.
I will give same steps to unlock it.
Press yellow key
On the key pad press 1-0-7
Old the red key at least 3 sec
Press copy sp
Exit all the way out
Turn the machine Off / On.
This should be good. If doesn't work you have to call a technician to change some parts of the Fuser Unit like Hot Roller and thermistors.

try this press the yellow clear button then 107 then hold down the stop button ..the screen will change and say copier sp enter then turn off the machine wait 5secs and turn on again..

Try this... Press the Yellow reset botton then the number "1" then "0" then "8", don't hold them down, just push each botton once. Then hold down the "Stop/Clear" botton till the display changes to service mode, then turn the main Power Switch OFF then back On and see if it warm up.... If it dose not warm up you may have a problem with the fixing unit.... Good Luck

Repalce the pick up rollers,paper feed rollers, seperation rollers of the trays which gives the pper jam

You can't. As I said you need the service engineer with the laptop. These Office Machines are NOT consumer serviceable. They hook up the laptop with the Ricoh software and it interrogates the computer, the mainboard and everything on it. Hello Christopher Are you in the Philippines? I notice that your copier has changed from Ricoh to Gestetner? We are a North American website. This is a commercial office machine, and from my experience of them is that on the right side you will see on the inside, a list of instructions for where to check for obstructions. It seems you have already done this 8 times! Frustrating! Try this; Open the right side cover, unlatch all the bits at that side. Open the straight pass door on the left side. remove ALL the paper drawers. Get a powerful flashlight, look in all the spaces you have just created, especially at the edges of drawers and paper pathways. You are looking for a tiny piece of paper that one of your employees carelessly left behind after a paper jam.The one I found was right at the back of the straight pass door. When a sensor is covered, it creates that message. If that fails, Ricoh will have to come and attach their Laptop scan software to it which will tell which sensor is obstructed or has failed.
