The vegetables in the bottom
Veggie can freeze easy when temps are incorrectly set within the unit. Check temperature setting for both sides of the unit. Due to physics cold air drops and heat rises. With this in mind, make sure door seals are tight around the doors, if this does not solve the problem, you may need to cut off the direct air flow into the veggie bin directly to solve this issue. Will not cool at all
Hi,
Many times a freezer and/or refrigeratordo not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many otherthings that can go wrong.
If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing thencheck out the last two tips.
If your refrigerator is running but warm, then...
Check out these tips that I wrote about that... it is a great place to starttrouble shooting your unit...and something that you can do rather then callinga repair person to do a simple thing for you...

Water Filter not filtering
DID YOU ALIGNE THE INDICATOR MARK (UNLOCK POSITION) AND PUSH IT UP WHILE TURNING 1/2 TURN UNTIL THE LOCK POSITION IS ALIGNED. REMEMBER TO NOT TO OVER TIGHTEN THE FILTER.

Yes you can, it's yours but if still on warranty period, do not do it, warranty will void.
If you can do then do it, be careful with parts you disassemble. If you can't call a service technician to do that.

condensation buildup comes from warm air
1st check the seal all the way around the doors
2nd check to see if there is vents connecting the freezer to the refrigerator
there is a drain hole on the bottom there is a good chance the hose is plugged
not to worry you can use a screw driver or a hanger with a small clothe raped
around it you shooed be able to pull the face plate off the front to see it better.

Hi Harry, check to make sure the fan in the freezer is running. If not, this is your problem, and it will need to be removed and replaced. See if you can find a appliance parts house there. The fan in back is the condenser fan. Make sure the coil by that fan is clean so air can be pulled through it. Unplugging it will do nothing but ruin all inside of the freezer. Check this fan to see, and the coil in the back. This may solve your problem.

Sounds like a "solonoid" is not functioning, either a wire is loose, the switch behind the the "push" device is bad, the "push" device is jammed, or the solenoid valve is bad.
First Try moving the "push" in different directions, including pressing pretty hard.
If you hear a "click" it's probably the solenoid valve. The are simple to fix, buy you will probably need a set of instructions to replace it. Look on line under your Refrigerators manufacturer for the part and instructions......Maake SURE the unit is unplugged before touching wires!

Hey heads up! The ice-cube maker has two parts... In fancy terms the business motor end, and the back-stop. Your back-stop is all busted. Mostly because it's been used successfully as a backstop for a few thousand times. The piece costs about $20, and you can get it at any Samsung parts distributor. The best way to check this is that your ice-cube tray will look like it's coming un-hinged in the back when it attempts to empty the ice.
When it works properly the ice-cube tray is actually contorted about 45 degrees from the front end to the back. The same way an adult male would crush ice.

The cooler side is serviced by blower vents in the back top and bottom of the refridgerator. In some the lower portion has a movable vane blocker so that you can adjust the "meat keeper" colder. Check to see if those air inlets are being blocked by jars etc. The thermostat operates the blower, so you will have to check if your thermostat is working. you can use a thermometer and set your thermostat up or down and see if the difference is registered on the thermometer. a room thermometer will do nicely. This will check to see if your thermostat is fairly correct.

The problem is on your fan motor. This fan will automatically off when the door open. It has the switch that activated by the door. Please check and fix your fan, since it work with strong noise. The problem is usually on its bearing.
