Freezer fan not working or blocked by over ice formation behind the freezer. Switch of a/c for defrost. After some times, plug on . It's due to malfunction of defrost cycling. Keep thermostat at 5 degree and check thermostat, timer and defrost heater are working properly. thanks.
Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.

This can be caused by many things, there is a sensor that tells the PCB what the temp in the refrigerator, there is a sensor that tells it when to defrost, there is a thermal fuse, there are heaters in the refrigerator. there is a defrost damper that closes during the defrost cycle that can freeze or fail, I saw a guide on the online auction place, E b a y that may help. The first thing I would need to know is if there is ice build up on the condenser. If this is the case the the fan is being chocked off and can not blow cold air through the condenser. If your freezer is fine then the compressor is good since this is a dual condenser unit so no worries there. There is no damper between freezer or refrigerator. Look on e b a y for the manual i think it will help.
Yep,
This sounds like a freezing problem, there is a water tank heater and
a water line heater in the system, The tank heater is located behind
the panel that the tank is mounted to. there is also a heater fuse in
the circuit behind the panel. you will need to us a heat gun or blow
dryer to defrost and check somethings back there. I saw someone
selling a repair service manual on the online auction place E b a y
that may help you further troubleshoot the problem.

Sounds
like you just need to do a reset, press and hold the top 2 buttons
till it flashes then let go. If you hold it to long it will run a
diagnostic mode and may lock up on a blinking light. The
blinking light is a trouble indicator for the service tech. It tells
them what sensor or heater is faulty or will point them in the right
direction. I found a repair manual on the online auction place
E b a y that can help you troubleshoot further but have not bought it
as of yet. I just purchased my Samsung and was reading some reviews
to see what kind of problems i may run in to.
This sounds like you may have a freezing problem, there is a water tank heater and a water line heater in the system, could also be the water valve at the door. I say someone selling a repair service manual on the online auction place E b a y that may help you further troubleshoot the problem.
I found a repair manual on the online auction place E b a y. you may want to look there for a service manual that can help you through the controls of the refrigerator. On mine i press and hold the top 2 buttons and it will reset. It also does a diagnostic and if one light is flashing then it is telling you there is a problem with your samsung. Look for the manual it may help.
I had a similar problem also after a power outage, I called best buy for service and 200 bucks later it was a no go, same problem. I found a repair manual on the online auction place E b a y and was able to troubleshoot down to a faulty relay on the PCB, look there for the manual it may help you. I is not the compressor cause then the freezer would not work also.
Depends if there is plastic tubing running inside fridge compartment. Shut off water to fridge. If that stops it you will have to look inside to see if there is visible plastic water tubing or if you can get to it from inside the fridge. Maybe the water line has a defect or got pinched and somehow split. Then turn on water, find leak and splice in a replacement section.
On these models the technicians want to sell you circuit boards and other parts. These parts usually do not solve the problem.
First to get your fridge cold again. Remove all the drawers and shelves on bottom of fridge side and remove
rear panel to inspect coils. If coils are covered in clear ice like a solid block, then thaw/defrost this. A hair dryer helps.
Pour hot hot water into this area when finished until it runs out the drain at the back of fridge. The frozen solid drain is the problem. When finished use blocks to raise front of fridge so it leans slightly back. Supposedly this helps the drain from freezing again. The product is inherently defective and designed poorly, your problem is quite common.
We completely redesigned the drain on ours (not recommened for most people) and it works okay but I cannot wait to replace with a different brand.
Sorry if you don't like this solution, it does not make it work correctly. But my water works all the time now.
We too had the water dispensor stopping due to freezing of water in the storage tank. A blow dryer and about 10 minutes later we could get it working again.
We tried different fridge temp settings , and according to a thermometer placed inside the fridge in various locations we are getting the fridge temps we want, so it is not runing too cold.
I tried insulating the storage tank and the lines, this did not work.
I removed the tank and just connected the two lines, this still did not work.
I finally just pulled the lines out of the fridge completely and connected them underneath the fridge so water runs from the valve at back straight to door. The plastic panel on bottom was a great place to store the lines. I drilled a hole to reroute the door line to this area . Line runs behind lower plastic cover on front . The water does not get cold, but it never stops flowing, this was more important to us. I did consider rerouting both lines to the top shelf and putting the storage tank back in to get colder water, but no one minds the way it works so I probably will not do this. I would have run them up the back to avoid the inside lower area of the fridge. In the long run I will avoid this brand and avoid "twin-cooling" completely. All my neighbors and friends who bought this type all had to throw them away as they were too dofficult and expensive to keep running.

in the lower rear area there is a cover for the compressor, remove it and in there will be a circuit board replace it as this controls all functions of the unit
