Need power cord where to
I cannot see the manufacturers name. If you get me the manufacturers name and the model number then I'll be able to find out where you can get the power cord.

My SCA starter pack is not charging, has been on 240 volt for two days
How old is the starter pack? The battery(ies) die after 3-5 years. FWIW I replaced an AGM-type battery in a starter pack and found out later it was almost as expensive as buying a new one from COSTCO or Uncle Sam's. Sounds like you're in Oz so COSTCO might not be available.

How do you recharge the system
What kind of battery are you asking for? Get yourself a good battery charger and follow the directions found in the box. It will explain everything you need to do.

I have a vector 300 amps that will not charge or hold a charge. This is the first time i needed a jump and did not work!It must be a MANUFACTURER DEFECT.What to do? Your Customer
This unit contains a sealed lead acid battery. As such it is necessary to maintain the battery much as you would an RV or tractor or other occasional use battery. If you left the charger plugged in all the time, that's what killed the battery. If you charged it less than once every two or three months, that's what killed the battery. If you stored it in a cold place it may have sulfated. If you stored it in a hot place it may have dried out, especially while charging. The good news is that a replacement battery is not expensive and you can install it yourself. Pull the case apart (look for hidden screws). You may find a good YouTube video to help. Unplug the battery and either shop on-line or go to a battery plus store. But remember, the old SLA battery models like this are rapidly being replaced with LiPoly units that have very good latency (storage) without loss of power. You can get a good one for around $100.

My vector jump start system
yes there is but its very pricy,,,you may find its cheaper to buy a new jump start pack,,
as its broken you wont loos anything if you took the battery out and hooked it up to a small battery charger say 2amps and recharged it that way,,,,
at a C10 rate! ==20ah battery --2ah hour charge ==10hours to fully recharge the battery
i hope this helps you out,,,,

Where can I get replacement parts for a Vector portable Battery Jump Starter?
Good clamps are available from NAPA, Autozone, O'Reilly's, Pep Boys, Car Quest, and other suppliers. Check to see if the existing wire terminates in a crimped lug. If not you need to look at the new clamps to see whether they are designed for attaching directly to the wire strands or if they require the wires to be gathered and crimped into a lug to go under a single screw. Fasteners to clamp large wire under a screw are similar to photo here.
