There is no FixYa App, however the FixYa mobile can be downloaded to your mobile desk top by clicking on the pop up that will frequently appear from the bottom of the screen. FixYa Mobile is completely free.

When you first submit your problems it is sent to the level one experts.When your problem is escalated, this means that it is sent up to the next level of expert. Escalation can be done automatically based on the time since you have asked your question or manually by an expert that feels a higher level expert may be able to help with your problem.Hope that helps!

You get an email from FixYa, assuming you gave a valid email address when signing up and your spam filter doesn't get rid of it. You can also look at your FixYa home page to see the status on your posts.

sometimes there is a ton of volume and the system slows down happens infrequently but it does send anote through support link to let them know.
