Your nickname cannot be changed on Fixya. It seems that it's automatically generated. You can update your full name which is the name displayed across the website.

Just visit the My Profile page and scroll down the the My Account section and update your name. Press the "Save my information" button and your name will be changed.

Fixya did offer compensation to Premium Members in the past, but a couple years back this service was discontinued.

Fixya is now a free website and there are no longer paid experts.

You cannot update your nickname on Fixya. It looks like those are automatically generated. You can, however, update your full name which is the name that is actually displayed when you post content on Fixya.
