Have you tried to perform a HARD RESET on your phone?. to do this you first need to power off your phone. With your phone POWERED OFF press the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN keys AT THE SAME TIME. The best advice that I can give you is to actually DELETE the "Facebook" app from your phone. If You have the "Facebook" mobile app installed on your phone, here/s how to DELETE/REMOVE it. 1. Tap on APPS. 2. When you find SETTINGS Tap on SETTINGS (You are NOT looking for Google Settings, You are looking for the actual system settings which is labeled as SETTINGS in your APPS menu). 3. Tap SETTINGS 4. Scroll down until you see APPS 5. Tap on APPS. 6. Scroll through the list of apps until you find the Facebook Mobile App. 7. Tap on CLEAR CACHE 8. If there are options to CLEAR any other files then be sure to click on those options as well 9. FINALLY click UNINSTALL APP 10. When the app finishes the uninstall process RESTART YOUR PHONE. NEXT TIME YOU GO THROUGH THE APPS THAT YOU HAVE INSTALLED ON YOUR PHONE, THE "FACEBOOK MOBILE APP" SHOULD NOT SHOW UP IN YOUR LIST OF APPS THAT YOU CURRENTLY HAVE INSTALLED ON YOUR PHONE.
