FreeMotion 310R Recumbent Exercise Bike Questions & Answers
I am trying to get side cover off of my freemotion 330 r bike i have removed the pedal and all of the screws i am doing this so i can adjust the tension
To remove the side cover of your Freemotion 330 R bike, follow these steps:
- Turn off the bike and unplug it from the power source.
- Remove the pedal on the side you want to remove the cover from.
- Locate and remove all screws that are holding the side cover in place. There may be screws under a cap or sticker.
- Carefully pry off the side cover from the bike frame. It may be held in place by clips or other fasteners, so use caution and gentle force to remove it.
- Once the side cover is removed, you should be able to access the tension adjustment mechanism.
Note: Make sure you keep all screws and parts in a safe place, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for adjusting the tension.
Our Freemotion Incline Trainer Treadmill Model #FMTK74810.0 won't increase speed but when we hit the Up arrow the fan will blow faster??
It sounds like there might be a issue with the control board of your treadmill. The control board is responsible for managing all of the functions of the machine, including the speed of the belt and the operation of the fan. If the fan speed is increasing when you press the up arrow, but the belt speed is not, it suggests that there is a problem with the control board that is preventing it from sending the correct signals to the motor to increase the speed.
To resolve this issue, you may need to have a technician take a look at the control board and repair or replace it if necessary. Before calling for service, you can also try resetting the treadmill by unplugging it from the wall for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. This can sometimes resolve issues with the control board. If the problem persists, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer or a professional repair service for assistance.
