My 96 chevy s-10 2.2 4cylinder is starting fine
you might need an air filter, if it dirty it can restrict air flow to your engine and your engine runs on gas mixed with air. so your probably not getting enough air thus choking the engine and stalling. you might also need an altinator. which keeps your engine running after the initial start boost from the battery. one way to check if you need this is start your car, let it run for a few seconds then unplug your battery. if your car stays running you don't need an altinator. also when is the last time you changed your fuel filter or air filter?

I have a 1993 Chevrolet truck with a 350 engine.
Very weird, the crank positioning sensor could be something to check out. the computer in a lot of cars also takes information from the knock sensor and many other sensors to know wether to fire the injector or not. deff sounds like an electrical problem though. Good Luck

1999 chevy blazer,I am replacing the radiator fan
The bigger the better. The biggest on you can fit in there is the best. Because your engine has a thermostat it means it will keep it at the optimum temp. If you have the ac going you want there to be more air to cool the condenser. you don't want to put one on and have it be to small and have to replace it again. as well the fan will have a switch that turns it on or off so that it wont run all the time but you have to set the properly.
