Tip & How-To about Samsung 8.4 in. Galaxy Tab Pro - 16GB SM-T320NZKAXAR Black

How to remove demo video from a Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4

You will have to do a factory data reset! I found when I bought this it kept playing a demo video every time I tried to close the screen. Go to settings, then general, then backup and reset. Turn off backup my data and automatic restore. Then touch on Factory Data Reset. You will have to agree to everything after it restarts but you can change these settings after you have reset your account info. This worked for me. You will loose your pics, data, and other things you have put on this device but if you transfer those dates to a SD card you can reinstall after resetting the tablet. This is the only way I found to get rid of the annoying demo video that comes with this thing.

Try a Hard Reset which clears everything off it and installs Android new. There are no Android download links.

my grandson could not get it to come on, so he kept trying to get the right pattern to unlock it, and it froze, now it says refer to google chrome solutions

You'll need to do a factory reset:
    1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.
    2. Release the Power button when you see the logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.
    3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.
    4. Press Volume Up continue.

This will reset you device to factory settings, however anything on your SD card will still remain.
At this point you will need to start fresh as if you just bought the device -- register with your email address, etc.
