I have DW60CDX2 , Turning on but buttons are not responding when I pressed buttons?

Hi,

from what I'm seeing for the dishwasher, an E1 error means that the door is not properly closed. So, please look at the door of the machine to make sure that nothing is broken or that the dishwasher isn't too full. Thank you.

Errors and restarts

will need a description of the problem. Some of the common fault codes are F1, F2 and F3.
All these fault codes stop the dishwasher and will not go away until the cause is removed. Please indicate the problem you are experiencing.

Our F & P dishdrawer keeps coming up with f1 and a picture of a spanner have tried turning the machine of at the switch for 24hr but is still doing it

Water has collected at the base of the dishwasher under the drawer.
This triggers a flood switch and causes the F1 error.

Turn the mains power off and extend the drawer out as much as possible. Take towels to dry the base from inside. Also use hair dryer ot dry out the flood switch mounted at the base.

Turn the power on and see if there is any difference. The cause of water collection could be many. Foam in detergent or kink in drain hose or drawer door gasket leaking etc.

My Fisher & Paykel dishdrawer dd603 is flashing f1

the flood switch at the base of the dishwasher has been activated. This means moisture has gone into the base (under the drawer).

Turn power off, and extend drawer to expose bottom back of the base. Use towels / hair dryer etc to dry it out.

Likely causes are - you used a wrong detergent (too much foam) or the hoses at the back are leaking or the actuator arm that supports the hoses when you pull or push the drawer is broken and the hose is kinked.

Hope you can fix it.
