It is great that running calibration or resetting the unit worked for you guys, but that is not always the fix. Depending on the age on the unit the incline motor might actually be bad and needs to be replaced. I ran calibration on my unit server all times and each time the ramp error message returned. It turned out to be a bad motor and the part was around 200.00

Thanks! It was the calibration!

But in order to get to calibration mode I had to press "Resistance Up" and "Start", not "Incline Up" and "Start"

SOURCE: Power ramp does not work.

I had the same exact error and resolved this simply by removing the incline Rail front cover (113) and disconnecting and reconnecting the three Motor Power lines listed in step 2.

SOURCE: Power ramp does not work.

Ignore everything above - most of the time this is an easy fix. Usually, it happens with a brand new console, or a machine that has reset itself.

Hold down the incline up (on the console itself) button and the start button at the same time. Then follow the instructions on screen.

It will run through an initial calibration, and once complete, the ramp will now work. Just did this with mine, and my ramp is now working perfectly.

Sole e95 level suddenly backwards. 20 is easy 1 is hard.

Watch this video if your resistance is backwards or stuck. This is a common problem and is caused by the linkage cable slipping off and ending up on the top of the flywheel instead of being on the bottom.

My Sole E95 has a clicking noise when it is turned on. It is not from the flywheel or any moving parts but seems to be coming from the control panel. Any thoughts?

Does the noise happen when the car is moving or all of the time? Is everything but the engine turned off (ventilation system)?

Sole treadmill says "INITIAL" on the screen and won't run. This occurred after I removed the magnetic emergency stop switch.

Normally you must put the key in the hole, after you press the button start and ready.
However I recommend you to follow the instr. manual for easy start. Since that every manufacturer has a little diferrent mode of start. If you do not have it download free from

E3 error on sole E95 elliptical

The E95 incline motor is out of calibration. Recalibrate the incline by holding the UP INCLINE button and the START button simultaneously for 5 seconds. This will put the machine into incline calibration mode. Press ENTER to start the calibration and let it run. It will take a minute or two.

Refer to page 25 (the last page) of the user manual, hidden right at the bottom.

I have an induction cooktop model EW36CC55GS and when I plug it, it shows an error E95, I look for a error code chart but there is none. Can someone know what is this error?

hi i could not find this model in the uk european models but i do no that e90 codes usually relate to configuration problems possibly between user interface and powerboard . solutions are usually expensive. just check that bridging connections at the terminal block are correctly in place.
