If you are using a 3rd party mail client like outlook, mac mail - yahoo dose not support this for the free account. You need a yahoo plus account to use yahoo. otherwise they want you to go to www.yahoo.com to view your mail. apple made a special arrangement with yahoo to use it on there phones and now their computers. Here is the link to the website that outlines this.

I want 2 recreate an online acct my ex yesterday acted sweet just 2 get my iphone she then changed my whole acct profile online and my passwords to my social linhs etc... even my voice mail how can i...

If your email is ok, you should be able to reset your passwords by going on the forgotten password part and getting them to email a reset. You can call your phone company and explain re the voice mail, they should be able to reset it for you. Suggest you pick a more secure password, as to change them she must have guessed the password you were using as you have to type in the existing one to change it!

My yahoo mail account was hacked and now my 3g phone won't send email

You probably need to change your yahoo email password using either the web browser on your phone or better still on your computer (easier to navigate yahoo on computer) Once you have reset your password, you will need to go back into your settings menu on the iPhone and change your password in the phone settings in order to access your email again.

Hello there,

Have a blessed day.

Here's how you can delete call history from your yahoo messenger on your iphone 4:

A.Open Yahoo! Messenger.Click the "Voice Messages & Call History" icon located at the top of your Messenger list. The Messenger window will open.

B.Click the "Contacts" menu and select the "Voice Messages & Call History" option. The Messenger list displays all of your contacts.

C.Right-click a contact and select "Voice Messages & Call History" from the menu. The Voice Messages & Call History window will open, displaying your entire call history.

D.Press "Ctrl-A" simultaneously. This will highlight all entries in your call list.

Setting up Email Acct with Iphone

well to the first person unfortunatly the bellsouth email system is not yet designed to work with the 3g network so you would have to turn that off to use bellsouth.

Also for all of you need to remember that both Yahoo and AOL email work with the IMAP stands for Internet Message Access Protocol. It is a method of accessing electronic mail or bulletin board messages that are kept on a (possibly shared) mail server. In other words, it permits a "client" email program to access remote message stores as if they were local. For example, email stored on an IMAP server can be manipulated from a desktop computer at home, a workstation at the office, and a notebook computer while traveling, without the need to transfer messages or files back and forth between these computers.

where as the bellsouth system is a POP system. what the means is that when you check your email client on either the computer or the phone it is actually pulling the mail from the bellsouth server to the respective devices and deleting the email unless you have both set to leave a copy on the bellsouth server.

and again the sending and recieving issues with bell south is due to the 3g network
