White screen when I turn it on and only had it for 2 years. It's a Sharp lcd tv model# LC-26SB24U. Please tell me that its a defective part, like the tv tuner signal board.

The problem is that the t-con board is not receiving signal to the logic board or there is no supply coming to the t-con board. T-CON board gets the signal to logic board to produce image in to the screen if T-CON board fails white screen is produce. Try to check if there is a bulge up in the top of the capacitor.
