Dell monitor - 2007wfp fell from the table... now not working at all, meaning when I press the power button, nothing happens. I opened the case to access the power button directly from the circuit board and still nothing happened.

Take the LCD to any TV/video repair-store, and get a qualified technician to trouble-shoot it.

546 will turn on normally(light is blue) but won't display my monitor and usb ports power some items and not others.

You probably dislodged some components in your computer after it fell. Suggest that you open the computer and re-insert the memory modules and other cards inserted in the motherboard. Unplug it first and on a non static surface like a kitchen table.

Not sure if this is your problem, but I have seen this with another Dell monitor on three separate occasions. The solution I found was to turn off at the wall power socket, unplug at the wall socket, plug back in, turn on at socket etc and everything was fine. Guess something hangs up somewhere.

My computer fell off a table

Since your computer fell off a table this is definately a hardware problem, something might have shifted inside and in this case I would not recommend that you open it to see what shifted.
I would recommend that you take it to a repair store for them to pull it and fix it for you. Sorry to hear.

try to press and hold Fn and F8 - this is to toggle screen setting to ext and back to LCD on laptop. if nothing happens turn off computer by pressing power button, unplug the ac adapter, remove the battery. remvoe residual electricity from computer by pressing power button 10 times. just plug again the ac and leave the battery out. Pres and hold the letter D and while holding that press the power button once and release both of them. it will perform the built in self test on the lcd. if nothing happens, turn off computer. press anf hold Fn and while holding it press power button. it will perform diagnosis on computer. if still nothing happens need to repalce motherboard and LCD.

Dell 20 inch lcd monitor 2007WFP

Yes, If you have it sent in for repair they may be able to do it. Geek Squad would not be able to do it in the store. Although in most cases it is more costly then a new monitor. If it is still under warranty I would try and do it that way.
Good luck,
