South Africa calls them Postal codes not zip codes, like the US they have different ones for different areas. Here is a postal code directory you may use to find the city and area for the address you wish to send your item. http://www.sapostalcodes.info/
Hope this helps.
I am not sure what you want. Do you want the area code for the telephone? In that case your telephone carrier has the answer. Do you want the postal code (Zip Code in the US, or postal code in Canada)? Your country's postal service knows it. You may also go to the postal service website and search for a link to the page where you access the area codes (UPS in the US, Post Canada in Canada, PTT in France..)
HongKong does not have any Zip code or postal code. Only China has postal code. Hong Kong and Macau, which have their own postal systems. If you need to fill up an addresses just leave it blank or just put HK or XXXXXXXX on it. Just put the complete address without any post/zipe code.

ZIP is an acronym for Zone Improvement Plan. That is your postal code where you are located in what city or area.
For instance:
Mr. John Smith
123 Sycamore Avenue
Beverly Hills, California 90210
The numbers in bold is the Zip Code. It differs from country known in various countries as post code postcode or postal code. where you are located city or township you are located. Just check your mail mails and bills. There's always a zip code in your address.
Hope this helps.

The official Philippine Postal Service "PHILPOST" site is here:

The postal code drop down menu is on the right side of the page just below the header and it actually is displayed as "ode search" due to an oversize advertisement.
