Follow these simple steps to reset the phone

You might need to force close the Google Play Store.
Here's how
Go to Settings
Select: Applications.
Select: Running
Select play store
Select: Force Close and Clear Cache.
Then reset your device

Both above two methods Hard Reset your Phone and it will free up the memory
Note: During Hard Reset all data will be deleted from the phone including third-party applications. The Samsung Intercept will reboot to its original data. So first save your data and the follow the options of Hard Reset
