You can hard rest your samsung S5620, but remember you will lose all your contact, messages, phone book etc.
- turn OFF the mobile
- remove the sim card from the mobile.
- turn ON the mobile and wait for the home screen to appear
- now enter *2767*3855# wait for the phone to reboot.
- Upgrade Monte firmware by downloading Samsung Kies and PC Sync.

Hello, the nine digit 000000000 is not working and the other number format was too long plus it says 'unsupported characteer' when I put an asterisk or hash into the keypad. It only gives you I think four to eight characters space. Both numbers you gave me were too long.

It does not work. The keypad only allows you to put up to eight characters in. All together, the one both of you gave me is ten I think and it stop letting me enter them after eight characters.

I don't know how to dial numbers. It only lets me go to the Phone Lock page or dial SOS. The website shouldn't advertise that you can see other expperts reply then I wouldn't believe that was the case.

Hey try this ...samsung monte file manager password reset...... 1st ype this no on dialing screen....*#5239870*#...it flashes and show you the admin settings..select pre configuration..after selecting it wilask to enter the code ..enter dis code *#27236*#..select confirm..after dis select 1st option..not kcr....and your phne wil restart and it becomes new... free of passwords.....note: befor doing dis(remove your sim card and mmc)
