SAMSUNG GALAXY TABLET NOT CHARGING OR TURNING ON

Hi buckpot2001,

To correct this issue, please follow the steps below.

1. Press and hold down the power button whilst at the same time touching the screen (you may have to wait up to 30 seconds as it clears the system).

2. You will then notice the battery indicator pops up.

3. The Tablet will then reboot. Everything goes back to normal.

4. If that fails to work, connect the power cable and repeat the above steps.

That must be a battery gone so low.. or even dead. did it just start? you could consider placing there a charged battery first check whether it powers before coming any conclusion.. like faulty charging system and like i said above, completely dead battery.
