I am using a Z4mplus printer to print a pdf label of size 4x6, when printing, the label prints bigger than the pdf size and we cannot figure out why. When printing the document and paper size both says 4x6. Any idea of what could be happening will be appreciated. Thanks.

No you can only adjust font size in the software or document prior to printing. Hope this helps!!

You can recalibrate it to read the label size by doing the following.

Power off the printer
Hold down the green button
Turn the printer on and about 1/2 second after turning it on, release the green button
It will print out some information and measure the label. Once it stops, hit the green button one last time and then try to print another label.

check if seting from LABEL TOP is on 0000, check the driver as well.

Yes, there is no 4x6 choice, you have to input costume size.
For the bord-less part, i first would recommend to use a little bigger costume size so if paper with is 20 mm and there is a boarder about 1-3 mm then input costume size 23 mm. Caution, this can cause a paper jam, because there is a solenoids, what read paper. or you can use a bigger paper and later cut off the boards. Because this printer is not capable printing board-less photos

Set the label size in the label program and then calibrate the printer.

I had the same issue.

I'm using the seagull scientific drivers.
It turns out that the printer did not react well to changes made to it through the software.

I deleted the printer and added it again.
I made all my changes immediately through the software (creating a custom label size of 4in x 1in and portrait 180)

My print width setting on the printer is still 099 6/8 but everything prints fine.
