You may have a bad CCFL Backlight lamp in the LCD Panel. To check it you will have to take the LCD pandel apart to see it.

The symptom of your television is vertical problem.The problem is in vertical section of the board.Maybe theres a leak capacitor in vertical section.So try to replace the leak capacitor,the value is 100mf 35 v.You can identify the leak capacitor through visual checking if you have no knowledge in using tester to identify the leak capacitor.If you can see the capacitor have rounded shape at the top while the good capacitor is flated shape.

Try the following steps:

On the monitor, press Menu, and select Factory Reset.
If the monitor has more than one type of connection available such as VGA, DVI, or HDMI, try a different type of connection.
Connect the monitor to another computer. If the line appears when the monitor is connected to the second computer, the monitor might be damaged or defective.Otherwise, the video card and driver is causing the problem from the computer.let me know if this resolves ur issue.. if not then we need some other steps.. regards,guru

it looks to me that you are not a technician becouse you are measuring at the wrong places risking a hazard shock if you have a little experience get the service manual and check your power supply and the h v capacitors near the horizontal output if not please take it to your service center

the verticle is over amplifying, check the capacitors around that stage.
check if on your verticle you have a pre set to reduce the voltage going to the scan coil.

if you cant do it take that set to a w/shop.

hi..the probelm is due to the video circuit board.
only when you have a problem with the video
circuit board you will get such type of faults.so
you have to check the video board immediately.
