chinese clone models software needs to be put on the phone ... to work properly and be on the internet

I am not certain if the unlock for this OS version is out yet as the badband hadn't been cracked last I knew. But google search for QuickPwn and go to their site and check. I know they were close to having an unlock for it and their software it top notch and free. I have unlocked hundreds of iPhones with their software.
