i believe this is a range oven so has gas hob top one large oven a one small oven main oven draws around 2.5 kw on fan and 1.8 on conventional elements.
You need something thin and strong to slide underneath the screw head. Then turn slowly while lifting the screw head. The thread should catch and the screw should back out.
