Picture too big.

    Thanks but I have tried all the menu options for format changes. Can not seem to get out of Zoom mode. Even tried a factory default option.

    I have the same problem. not happened before. even switching from FULL, to NORMAL, to WIDE MODE, to ZOOM MODE.
    No matter what "aspect" is chosen. the heads are cut off, and script not within screen.

    I have a Sony Bravia 1080 with a Harmony 860 remote.
    Can anyone help?//\\

Happens all the time. Heads are cut off at the top, and info not visible at the bottom. I have Comcast cable. Does anyone now how to change the aspect on the Comcast remote?

HDTV's come with selections that will change the screens display, on the remote press the format button and you should be able to find a setting that you desire.

    If you have Dish Network their remote also can manipulate the screens display format. You can adjust it by pressing the asterisk- star- key on the bottom of the remote. This is independent of your tv's control so if you were to change one's tv setting but not the satellite also this can also occur. If you have Direct TV I AM SURE THEY HAVE A FORMAT OPTION AS WELL. You may also want to try to adjust the aspect ratio in the satellite receiver if you are using one as it may help resolve the issue.

Loose connection on convergence board, you could tapp and should go back to normal, find loose conn. and solder back.
