After watching TV for awhile, the screen will suddenly go blue and the sound squeals. If you wiggle the coaxl cable in the back, the picture and sound will often return. Replaced the tuner per a TV repair guy (got part from JVC) with no luck. FYI, picture and sound are great when working.
Any suggestions on what to replace next?

try do the same thing using the dvd or cd player plugged in.

what you need to do is go into the menu and select the channel program, so the tv will find any channels that are coming through the cable line. so make sure the input is set to cable and tv.
