hi, Did Pro rider set the scooter up ? or was it out of a box ? check out the Sale of Goods Act, have they supplied you with a faulty scooter ??? Is it fit for purpose ? If you claim on the insurance your premiums will go up...

it sounds like you may have it rubbing against something, check all round, it may be that the wheel / mount has been bent slightly if so it needs straitening.
