Hi if you still have your sim card package check for the puk code, then type the code. if case you don't have that with you you'll have to call your service provider thanks

Friend, it is very simple. when it says PUK blocked. it is only the SIM CARD problem who is locked. Just key the PUK code written on the SIM card.attachement and it will be unlocked. in case you lost the PUK code just contact your network provider and give your number and they will unlock it for you for FREE. Hello Sir, It seems that you had a PIN Lock. Then after, you entered the PIN wrong 10 times and after that you have the PUK code block.To solve the PUK Code, you need to contact the service provider for the PUK Code. They can easily give you the PUK code after some nominal verifications.
