CIS unit initialization error Otherwise check connection of these

Check the CIS unit in the scanner.

Open you logic board than resemble or check you scanning Cable. you will get your result.

[C21] indicates CIS unit initialization error.

Does the CIS case move to its home position when the power is turned ON?
If YES, check the CIS home position sensor follow by MAIN board.
If NO, check SCAN motor.
