I was given a pandigital 7inch frame as a gift... it was a total pain to even get pictures on it. (Kept getting write errors from two dfferent XP machines).
Finally got it loaded and within an hour the screen had gone white.. it has not worked since. Can't see menus to see if the 'brightness/contrast' might be off.
Ideas?
Removing the internal battery will clear all settings. I have done this on two different versions of the Pandigital frames (seems to be a very common issue) and it has corrected the issue instantly both times.

Frame worked fine for a month or so. Then one day the screen turned white and "jumpy". I've tried everything I know it do and it will not work.
My frame was working fine for almost a year and then suddenly the same thing happened...the screen went white and blinking and won't do anything else. I hate to just throw it away if there's something I can do to fix it.
Same thing... has lasted 5 weeks and then just whiteness. I need help!!
