57H81Toshiba Blue Line not straight
You have a bad convergence output IC in the blue vertical circuit. On the bottom side of the chassis you will see a " V " printed by the heat sink. You will need to unsolder the heat sink and the 20 pins on the IC to remove it. Replace with STK 392-180 (sanyo) if possible or STK 392-150. Looking from the rear the heat sinks are big aluminum finned rectangles. There are 2 heat sinks one marked H and one Marked V. Even though you have a horizontal line your problem is in the vertical IC. Be sure to use a liberal dose of heat sink compound.
