Hi Microsoft often does this after a new product has been
launched. If you are determined to use MS Office 2007, then you
will have to purchase a licensed copy of the software from a reputable,
reliable supplier, such as Amazon (www.amazon.com). Online offers of Free Downloads of MS Office 2007
products are probably almost universally either not genuine, illegal,
unlicensed or pre-used licence versions, downloadable only from illicit download sites or are
masquerading non-existent MS Office 2007 products as camouflague for the marketing of other
(often unrelated) software, products or services. Even if you do succeed in finding a genuine download site for
MS Office 2007 products AND manage to complete a successful, uncorrupted download, you will still have to purchase a separate, genuine,
unused Licence for the product before you can successfully install it, use it with confidence, register it, activate it and
download and benefit from Updates and Security Patches for it from Microsoft. I hope this helps. If this answer does help you, please take

As already stated, full, genuine licenced versions of Microsoft Products cannot usually
be downloaded.
It is, however generally possible to download Free 60 day Trial versions of
some MS Office products.
Microsoft no longer offer and have withdrawn Free Downloads for MS Office 2007
Trial Products. All their efforts are now focused on marketing and support for
MS Office 2010.
Go to: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try
Download MS Office Excel 2010 60 Day Trial or MS Office 2010 Pro 60 Day Trial (which includes Excel 2010 60 Day Trial ) and install it, carefully following each step.
If you do not want to buy or cannot afford a full, licensed copy of MS Office Excel 2010 or MS Office
2010 Pro, and/or prefer to pursue the downloading option, consider
the latest version of a genuine, comparable free program -
Open Office - downloadable from:
www.openoffice.org
You can use Open Office simultaneously with MS Office Excel 2010 60 Day Trial or MS Office Pro 2010 60 Day Trial.
If you delete MS Office Excel 2010 60 Day Trial or MS Office 2010 Pro 60
Day Trial, well before the 60 day expirty date, and Remove all components of it
from Add or Remove Programs (or its equivalent in your Operating System) and
restarting before downloading and installing, it is usually possible to enter into a further
60 Day trial period.
Thanks for using FixYa.
MS Word Starter 2010, MS Excel Starter 2010 and MS Office Starter 2010 now exist as 3 new standalone Microsoft products. MS Office Starter 2010 is an entry level application designed to repalce MS Works, the basic wordprocessing and desktop publishing package that used to be pre-installed on or, further back in time, bundled as free software with some new computers. MS Office Starter 2010 is a stripped down version of MS Office containing a basic word proceesing/desktop publishing application and time-limited, functionality-restricted elements of MS Word and MS Excel but not of Outlook or PowerPoint. It has many similarities to entry level MS Office Trial products except that, even in its pre-installed state, it has a perpetual, pre-activated licence. However, as with MS Office Trial products, MS Office Starter 2010 can have its full MS Word 2010 and MS Excel 2010 functionality activated by purchasing an activation code (product key). MS Office Starter 2010 was designed for users who cannot afford full MS Word, MS Excel Or MS Office or as an inducement to users who can afford it, to upgrade to more fully featured MS Office products. It is now being factory pre-installed on new computers as a free product. MS Word Starter 2010, MS Excel Starter 2010 and MS Office Starter 2010 are not available as standalone products either in CD or download format. The only genuine versions any user will ever see of these products are factory pre-installed versions on a computer. These new Microsoft products also seem to be (at least partially) aimed at clawing back some market share from the increasing encroachment of comparable, free, full Office Suite functionality, Open Source applications such as Open Office and the similar product LibreOffice, the full, genuine versions of which can both be freely downloaded from source by anyone. The cost of distributing MS Office Starter 2010, MS Word Starter 2010 and MS Excel 2010 as free products appears to have been offset by Microsoft making the product an extensive advertising platform. The advertising that features in these products cannot be disabled.

Microsoft Office products are licensed software applications, and can not be downloaded. If you want MS Excel 2007, you will need to purchase it with an Office package.
