Hi,
Most front load units must have two things, door must lock and must sense cold water for rinse. I would check the fill line for the cold water, if clogged with sand, it will not progress through cycle. If the unit doesn't drain it will not spin, is there water left inside the drum area?

If the water won't drain out of your washing machine, either something is stuck in the drain hose or pump, or the pump is broken. Both fixes are simple if you're even just a little bit handy with tools. We're showing the repair on a Maytag washing machine.
What is wrong with a washer that does not spin?

What causes a washing machine not to drain and spin?

If the washer won't drain there might be a clogged pump or hose. It's common for small socks or other small clothing items to get into the water drain system and clog the hose leading to the pump or the pump itself. Remove the hoses from the pump in order to remove the article of clothing.

It move to rinse to spin then back to rinse

If you use too much detergent and get a lot of suds, some models rinse again to remove the suds. It will display "SUDS", normally at the end of the cycle.

Sounds like corrosion in the motherboard . Get an electronics serviceman to take a look, could just need soldering point to point connection. Hope this helps.

Frigidaire FWT647GHSO when it gets to rinse first rinse cycle, it doesn't stop filling with water. It won't agitate or spin. It works well in the wash cycle, agitates and spins and advances

probably you've got something blocking the water pump from doing its job properly so check that the water pump is free running emptying all the water if not then there is a blockage in the pump normally ist a button, paper clip or other debris out of a trouser pocket eric

This is a Maytag LSE7906A stacked washer/dryer. The wash cycle fills and drains properly, but the rinse cycle won't fill on all 3 programs. Just sits and waits...

When the cycle doesn't advance, it's probably the timer or a cold-water supply problem: It's the timer, if your washing machine fills with water and begins agitating, but the timer never advances--or if the washer is in a spin cycle and the timer won't advance. Then you need to replace the timer. It may be a cold-water supply problem, if the washing machine fills with water, agitates, drains, and spins, but then doesn't fill with rinse water. if it washes ok but won,t spin it canbe pump if it has not pumped all the waterout or can be lid switch,but normally they won,t wash if the lid switch is funny so i would be checking the pump side of things

Wont spin or agitate

Not sure what you mean? if you have normal wash action then it is agitating in the wash cycle. Otherwise if it doesn't agitate or spin but does fill with water then your motor or motor control board is bad.
