3. Now Paste and Go "chrome://extensions/" in your Chrome. Disable and delete all Extensions which you don't need. 4. In settings select "Manage Search Engines". Make Google to default and delete rest. 5. In settings go to "On startup" and check the startup pages. Delete them. 6. Uninstall the applications from your Control Panel from Publisher "Conduit Inc." 7. Restart the Computer Now.

If search.conduit.com is opening up when you click on the Home button, check in Wrench > Settings > Appearance > select the Show Home button checkbox > check if the URL that appears below it references search.conduit.com.
Also try to use System utility tool Reginout that will clean system and will remove unwanted registry entries of conduit.
Conduit is malware. Get rid of it first, and reboot. Start by downloading the free version of Malwarebytes (Anti-Malware) from https://www.malwarebytes.com/ install it and run it - that takes an hour or more. It should locate and deal with malware like Conduit in your computer. Then reboot and try again.
