Try log in as Administrator account from Safe Mode. Reboot, after the first screen bios information, press F8 button repeatedly before the Windows logo come out, after that select Safe Mode At the Top one, after the boot, log in administrator account. Username: Administrator Password: -just leave it blank- When you logged in, go Control Panel, then User Control/User Account, then select the account which you forget the password, now remove the password.(or you can change it) Reboot your system.
Try the following:
1.Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to unlock the computer.
2.Type the logon information for the last logged on user, and
then click OK.
3.When the Unlock Computer dialog box
disappears, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE and log on normally.
Hope it works : )
and if it doesn't please try to clarify what exactly is happening-like how is it locked, so i can look into it more and try to resolve the issue.
But for now, lets hope it does : )
