When copier is switched on error code 4H appears and copier cannot be operated.
Solution required urgently please.
Before you go changing parts i recommend that you do a machine reset.
Perform the following procedure to enter the simulation mode.
"#" key Interrupt key "C" key Interrupt key
Main code 14 Start key then CA
Machine will reset, if problem is still there you will have do what checkitright says and reset the error code once you have fixed the problem.
There is a problem with the fuser unit ( exit where it gets hot), unfortunately you need to replace
either 1- thermofuse, 2- thermistor, 3- heater lamp
