My tv power light goes on and after 10 seconds, the timer rec (green) light comes on and flashes--and eventually turns the set back off--then, after about 10 more seconds, the set power light comes on again and then the timer rec light--it keeps turning itself off and back on, but never has a picture, and the volume can't be heard...please help!
Your bulb probably has gone...bad. i hhad the same problem and i replaced the lamp and it work
Mine was having the same problem. Just heard back from the shop and they said it's the light engine. They want $750 to fix!!!

No picture, power light comes on and flashes with green light for a couple seconds and shuts off and then repeats.
I can turn the tv on but then the green power light blinks and shuts itself off again. It will continue to do that until you finally shut the tv off by using the tv controls and not the remote? Does anyone have a solution yet?
Turns on, no picture. The error code indicates a problem with the lamp but lamp is new. Will probably be a light engine, again. This will be the 4th light engine we've installed three over the last year.
When I turn the tv on it makes a weird noise, at first you can hear the volume, no picture, then it shuts of and tries to re-start. I had a repair service, the bulb is fine. He says it's the balast? where is that, is it difficult to replace?
