My EZ1601-01 all-in-one screen is blank. I can log into it remotely and all looks normal, but at the actual machine, nothing ever appears on the screen. Is there anything that I can troubleshoot?

AFTER I PUT MY PASSWORD IN AND IT IS ACCEPTED TO LOG ON TO COMPUTER IT GOESE TO A BLANK SCREEN I HAVE A G505

looks as though the user profile might be corrupt. Try booting into safe mode or another user log in. If you can access safe mode create another account. Reboot computer normally and log into the new account. If new account works then you have a corrupt user account that would need to be fixed or just transfer all data to new account and remove old account.

Blank screen on logitech harmony 520 remote

If the firmware didnt help, then it is a hardware issue. You probably got water in the battery compartment or something.

Anyway you should call Logitech support for a warranty claim. Or, you can do it by taking a look at the following link:

http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_amr.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=12657

Hope I was able to help!

The screen on my remote looks like it is disappearing

HI! Here's what to do if your Logitech Harmony remote's LCD screen is going blank or is displaying lines.

1. Remove the battery, press and hold the 'OFF' button, and re-insert the battery. The screen will display 'Safe Mode!', or the 'Activities' button will be lit.

2. Connect your remote to the computer.

3. Launch the Harmony Remote Software, and log in.

4. Click "Downloads" at the top and click "Firmware".

5. The remote will go through the firmware update.

6. Select "Yes", and click NEXT to update the remote.

If the screen is still blank after you complete these steps, then it is a hardware issue and you should contact Logitech's wonderful support team, given that the remote is still under warranty.

My Designer 1 screen is blank.

Phone the technician who worked on your machine previously and tell him/her what has happened. It would appear that the repair was not done properly. Make sure they understand the inconvenience they have put you to and ask can they effect the repairs as quickly as possible.
