Most likely the IP address has reset. If you have your configuration go into network setup, then re enter your IP address, and turn DCHP off, make the IP address static,

Look at page 3-44 (page 110 in the pdf file) and you will find the steps to troubleshoot the error.

It sounds like you need to check your addressing. Sounds to me like your IP address reset back to default. You need to go into the network settings and check your IP address and make sure it is set to manual and not auto. I believe your printer did a reset and your address is wrong.
Most likely your driver is corrupted. I would go to xerox.com and download a newer version and install a new driver.
Power off and power on your printer also.
