HELO I recently purchase a 460V H600T hobart mixer 2.5 AMP/ 3 PHASE but unfortunatly our bakery only provides 110V or 220V what are my option??

There is likely a nameplate with a wiring diagram inside. Without being familiar with the specific model, I can't tell you where. If you can find it, it will show both 460 and 230 volt configurations. Regardless, you will find inside the wiring box (where the conduit comes into the mixer) there are four wires corresponding to two windings - for 460 volts, the windings are wired in series. For 230 volts, they should be wired in parallel.

Not sure if you are asking if an H600 is automatically a single phase or a 3 phase and the answer is NO. Depending on the motor it will be 1 phase or 3 phase application. It will have 4 wires versus 3 wires -- hope that makes sense 3 of the wires are "HOT" on a 3 phase and only 2 are "HOT" on a single phase Motor.

I'm having the same problem cap and all look good but still the motor won't run and the the overload trips the breaker

Single Phase 208V 20.0 Amps

240V 17.0 Amps

Three Phase 208-240V 8.6 Amps

no not without changing mtr. contactors,installing a roto-phaseinverter is the way to go dont get static inverter

it requires 3 phase with ground it is a four wire system

go to www.andersonconverters.com and see if you can use a converter from them

Look on the I.D. plate. Voltage should be listed. "PH" is for phase. It will either be single (1), or three (3) phase. "AMP" is for ampacity or the amount of power it consumes. Hobart's manual does not list the motor as an entire replacement unit. It only lists parts as if you were to rebuild the motor. Sorry.
