- To unlock you Nokia C5 (if forgot or lost lock code) you can unlock it using a master code. - To get the master code i need the IMEI code of your mobile phone. - With the help of this IMEI code we can get the master code of your mobile and unlock the mobile and reset it with a new password.
- The IMEI number can usually be found on the sticker underneath the battery or by typing *#06# into the phone keypad.

How to Reset the
forgot sim security in Nokia bb5 by using the
Previous Sim Card
First of all, download and Install. Nokia
Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download ..Open phoenix and in the
interface just click to "FILE" which
is seen at the top left, there again you will see sub-menus .From the sub-menus
select "OPEN PRODUCT" after you have
selected, again you see another interface which shows the Nokia phone type,
choose your phone type which is written on the back panel inside the battery
eg.RM-000.Now after you have made
your choice, Start up your phone by inserting the previous Sim Card and connect
your phone by selecting Pc suit/Ovi suit
to your Computer. In the Pheonix interface you will see "Connections", just after the
connections "No Connection" will be
shown, this the status of the connected device. Now you can select your phone
type by clicking , now you will
see " usb1, usb2, usb3-Rm-000,etc...... select what was written on the back panel
of your phone. Now click to "Testing" and
there you see sub-menus, just make a click to "Factory Setting" after you select again a small interface with some
different sub-menus will be shown. The last thing you have to do is to select "Factory Full Set" and press the "WRITE" button.,
And after if any message prompt you just click "Yes" and wait for 1 minutes. That's all you have to do. But
remember don't forget to make BACK-UP your
