I keep getting either SUDS or the F35 code. I finally was able to get it to run so I ran it without detergent. Now I tried it again and it is back to SUDS again. Any ideas?

F35 and or suds error code 95 percent of time is your pressure switch. this type of switch has a bad sensor in them and are the most common cause of this symptom.take top off," three screws on back of top and switch will be on right hand side near the back right panel. easy to replace and install. be sure to blow into the small hose before putting new one on. hope this helps.

The suds code might clear up if ya remove the service panel and clean out the pump. Behind the panel is the TECH Sheet which shows what to do about the suds problem. The F-35 has to do with water level pressure.
I keep getting either SUDS or the F35 code. I - themobilian_2982.jpg

Whirlpool duet f35 error-suds error

Maybe this will help, but I'm not sure

Condition:
SUDS LOCK (Overdose of Detergent detected during the Wash Cycle)
The motor control unit senses a suds lock condition by analyzing the current draw on the drive motor. If "Sud" is displayed a potential suds lock is detected. This may signify a bad pump, an extra heavy load, excessive detergent, or excessive suds.

Check:
If too much detergent was used, run the unit through a Rinse/Spin cycle, then a Normal cycle, without adding any detergent. This should clear the unit of the excess detergent.

Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
Check Wire Harness connectors to the Drain Pump, Pressure Switch, and Central Control Unit (CCU)
Check/Clean Drain Pump Filter of foreign objects
Check Drain Pump
Check Pressure Switch
Check CCU

Error code f35

Too much detergent or wrong kind of detergent. If you use non HE detergent this will happen. You can remove the excess suds by running a cleaning cycle and adding cooking oil. The detergent will attatch itself to the oil and remove all soap residue, add an extra rinse to the cycle. Also run it empty.

Hi dear.I may have solution for the SUD error. You can give it a go.But I do not know any thing about F35 one
The motor control unit senses a suds lock condition by analyzing the current draw on the drive motor. If “Sud” is displayed a potential suds lock is detected. This may signify a bad pump, an extra heavy load, excessive detergent, or excessive suds.

Potential Causes

• If too much detergent was used, run the unit through a Rinse/ Spin cycle then a
Normal cycle without adding any detergent. This should clear the unit of the excess detergent.
• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked
• Check Wire Harness connections to the Drain Pump, Pressure Switch, and Central Control Unit (CCU)
• Check / Clean Drain Pump Filter of foreign objects
• Check Drain Pump
• Check the Pressure Switch
• Check CCU

Replace failed component.

As it says run couple of rine cycles it should get back to normal.I hope that helps you.Thanks.

Suds, and F35 keeps coming up when trying to wash!

I would put bleach in the detergent slot, run through each cycle. Then run the cycle again with just water. These are really touch when using detergent. Just a little bid of suds sets these things off.

My Kenmore Elite HE5t washer flashes SUD continually, then goes to F35 mode and shuts off. Help!

Sometimes the SUDS/F35 is because of TOO MUCH detergent. To clear you have to set the cycle on rinse and then keep pouring cups of water into the detergent container as the cycle is going. You might have to do this a few times because if the SUDS message comes up the water flow will stop. Just unplug and try again. Also when the detergent container is finally clear you will see the little rotators gears move around when the cycle starts.
