My maytag ensignia washer has an electronic panel. We took the little basket out of the cold water line cleaned it and replaced it. Now the washer, in all cycles, will start to fill then stop and all the green lights on the panel will flash. What is wrong?

First I would check your water lines that they are on all the way and that you didn't switch the cold and the hot water line...if this doesn't work let me know we can go deeper into it....let me know

Snubber ring that tub and spin basket assembly sits in is most likely worn. Very inexpensive part but extensive labor involved. I would suggest calling a competent service tech.
Hello klj... Unscrew the cold hose from both ends and run a wire through the entire length to remove any blockage anywhere. Also check the connection locations looking for calcification of some kind. If it's clean, you probably have a defective water-inlet valve. If so, you need to replace the valve. Joe
NF = No Fill the control board receives signaling for the washer during the water fill cycle. With most cycles the depth of water is around 3.5 inches in the wash basket. I know a Bulky Wash cycle selection will fill the wash tub to a high fill which is about 7.5 inches of water in the wash basket.
Is the washer filling the machine with any water? Do you hear water entering the machine? If you are doing a cold water fill and there is no or very little water in the wash basket with the NF error code. Try a Warm or Hot fill and see if the machine will fill and start the wash cycle.
Assuming you are doing cold water wash loads. You could have a water line block at the inlet screen or a failed cold water inlet valve which will not open. Try the above and let me know the results..........Rich
You need to remove the cover and check the voltage to the cold water inlet valve. Do this with a volt meter while it is set to fill with cold water. It is most likely an AC voltage that is around 24 volts. If you have voltage then the valve is most likely bad.
We did all of that and it is still doing the same thing.
