Hi, i've had my Samsung genio touch for over a year now and i've had no problem untill now, the phone will not charge up, i've tried putting the charger in a different socket and taking the battery out but nothing. can you help please?

A possible battery or charger problem. check if you can charge using a diff. charger,if you can?then the charger is the problem,replace it. but if you can charge w/a diff. battery?replace the battery. :)

Yo! thats got to be a battery problem. buy the recommended battery for your phone and charge for at least 3hrs before using at all. After, you are good to go.
Don't worry you can use your PUK code to unlock samsung S3650 corby password, just enter any password until your phone request your puk code then insert your puk code. If this method can't unlock samsung password you might need to reset your phone.
