My canon mp160 printer has the color light blinking (I checked to make sure it has ink and the cartridge is in correctly) and won't print color. Thanks for any help.

Usually the cartridge is out of ink in which case get it refilled or it may be electrically failed in which case you will need to buy another cartridge.

If putting a refilled cartridge in the machine you will normally get some kind of error code, to clear this, press and hold the resume button (Black with red circle with an arrow head pointing towards you) for about 10 seconds then release it and usually you can print. The orange light will however stay illuminated or flashing.
